Three Generations of Imbeciles
Our neighborhood theater group, the Barcroft Players, presented the premier production of Three Generations of Imbeciles on June 27th and June 28th, 2008. Written by local playwright Rick Hodges and based on historical events, the play is a unique look at challenges faced by people with intellectual disabilities. Two of the characters in the play with intellectual disabilities were played by actors who themselves have intellectual disabilities.
